The XC 10 – C1 uses the carbon injection molding of the XC 12 pedal in combination with a hollow steel axle. The ATAC system is simple and reliable. Clipping in and out is easy even in the most adverse weather conditions. Thanks to the Self Cleanig concept, the pedal doesn’t get stuck in mud and sludge. During the pedaling movement, the mechanism is permanently freed from mud via the contact between the cleat and pedal, so that it functions fully even in the worst conditions.

The enclosed pedal plates allow a release angle of 13° or 17°, depending on how they are attached to the shoes. Cleats with 10° release can be purchased as an option.
