A special contour shape with different radii ensures optimal contact with the road at any speed and inclination. The lightning bolt profile promotes reliable water drainage without increasing road noise.
SmartNET™ Silica
Pirelli has put all his motorsport experience into this rubber compound. Nano rods made of silica form a longitudinal network that can almost eliminate the compromise between wet grip, rolling resistance, puncture protection and mileage. This compound brings you advantages in all conditions.
Armor Tech™ puncture protection
The Armor Tech™ technology guarantees you the excellent tubeless properties and excellent puncture protection. A high-density nylon layer from bead to bead prevents air from escaping and seals tightly to the rim. Inserted aramid fibers under the tread effectively prevent sharp objects from penetrating. These are extremely cut-resistant and yet very flexible and light. A high level of safety is thus achieved here without negatively affecting driving behavior or rolling resistance.
NOTE: The Cinturato Velo TLR with a width of 26 millimeters is not approved for use on hookless rims.
